The following images are work from a group of four students in my most recent week long 3D summer class at CSTCC. These students had very little to no prior knowledge of 3D. Each day the students had five hours of instruction, including lab time. After a brief introduction of the blender software and some art fundamentals the students began designing models. At one point I mentioned that we should create a town. The students loved this idea so much that during our design meeting they took it a step further on their own, coming up with a location, culture, language (written and spoken), history, layout and inventions.

What you see below is the product of their enduring labor and creative minds.

Old west store buildings, plants, and base plate were modeled by me during in class demos. All else is the product of my students own creative minds and work.
